Project: Gadget for the VZ-network - got2b Model Contest

One of the most successful viral campaigns on studiVZ and meinVZ, implemented as a Gadget with the Google Gadget API.
The concept is pretty simple and highly viral:
There are headhunters and Models. Headhunters put the Gadget on their personal page and invite their friends to enter the contest as a model. In order to do that they have to register on the headhunter's page and upload a photo. In a voting module all VZ-user can give up to five stars to a photo.
The model with the most stars wins �1000 and a professional photo shooting with a famous photographer, published in a hip magazine. The winner's headhunter wins �10.000.
What happens: Headhunter and Models integrate the Gadget on their profile pages. Therefore the campaign is not only displayed on the campaign-page, but on thousands of personal sites within the network. They spread the word by actively asking other users to vote or participate as contestants. After a while active groups form, where people vote for each other.
The impressive outcome after three months: 12.000 headhunters, 14.000 models, a winner with over 100.000 stars and overall 3.2 million stars from over a quartermillion unique VZ-users. WOW!
Project: Content Management System for Universal Music Germany.

The core system for all of Universal Music Germany's online activities: a generic, CMS for artist and genre-pages, exclusive content for journalists and the company-website. User by various inhouse web-teams, artist managements and online agencies. Highly versatile, adaptable and in constantly improved in order to meet the changing needs of the online-world.
The concept: Data from different existing systems were initially consolidated and mirated to a main database. There the data is centrally stored and administered. A a sophisticated output control makes sure that the content is automatically published on the right channels - a few hundred webpages.
User interfaces for different workflows and user groups are designed as 'wizards', which makes it possible to adapt the system to the level of skills and the tasks of a user. At the same time templates, components, API provide advanced users with the necessary flexibility. This is how we manage the balancing act between complexity and easy, intuitive handling.
Through APIs dozens of content-sources constantly push data into the system, the central video- and asset-module manages the distribution of multimedia content and various mechanisms for caching and page-rendering guarantee high availablility even during the peak demand of a special campaign.
Project: Newsletter/CRM-Tool with market research module and bemusterungs**** Tool.
Division: Email marketing/CRM
System to store user data and interests, fed through flexible APIs and a generic module for manuel imports.
Forms, including Captcha and subsecuent mechanisms for Opt- and DoubleOpt-In, are generated by the system.
Users are grouped into pools and lists - either automatically or manually through a generic selction tool. A high performance mail makes it possible to adress lists with a few hundred thousand subscribers.
APIs to external Systems and a flexible Template-System make it possible to generate HTML-Newsletters without programming. Naturally bounce management and all state of the art security concepts.
Both, a tool for online market research and outbound >*+ marketing (bemusterungs-tool) are integrated. Complex feedback data is gathered through automatically generated forms and merged into the various task-specific reports and statics.
A flexible architecture makes it easy to integrate third party tools or new modules for client specific tasks.
